Customer Survey
The customer satisfaction surveys are web-based surveys sent to an IDN Developer's customer base. The survey is conducted and administered by an independent third party. Each survey consists of 32 questions about the company's product functionality, ease of use, technical service, and overall user experience.

Support for software is nonexistent!

[05/25/2010] We are an accounting firm and have used this software for 1 year. Within that year, and in May, 2010, we tried to contact support regarding issues we were having. This was during their working hours Pacific time. No one at any extension answered the phone. They did not return call as requested on voice mail message left.

[11/30/2004] It’s true that you can use any blank check paper of about any type. The part I like so much is the automatic signature so I don’t get writers cramp any more. This program and QuickBooks get along just great. I have printed hundreds of checks without a single snag. I like the fact that it uses the print process from QuickBooks, and doesn’t actually affect my accounting software. That way I could always jump back to any process I want to use with my accounting software. With the ability to print blank checks I don’t see the need to have preprinted checks at all any more. I keep my signature on a USB key so I can give it to my payroll to print checks.. If I want to take that authority away I just take the USB key. It was important to me that I am able to also keep my company logo to print on the checks also. I can’t seem to find a downside to printing my own checks, but there sure are upsides.

[08/18/2004] Excellent product that saves us time and money. Once set-up, the program works without problems. Overall it solves several of our problems including frequently changing check stock for different bank accounts and companies. Well worth the money. It was very easy to learn and all the bookkeepers love it. The different levels of security for such a reasonably priced product was a welcome surprise.
