Customer Survey
The customer satisfaction surveys are web-based surveys sent to an IDN Developer's customer base. The survey is conducted and administered by an independent third party. Each survey consists of 32 questions about the company's product functionality, ease of use, technical service, and overall user experience.

[01/31/2012] I am just finishing up a site design and development project using PDG Commerce for the storefront. The process has gone very smoothly, starting with a 3-way phone call with PDG Software tech support, my client and myself to go over all the details of my client's QB install. PDG Software tech support walked us through the process, worked with us to create a skin for us from our layout, got the QB connection set up and the products synched up, and overall have been very responsive to ALL of my questions and needs. We were able to use the trial period to get the products set up properly with images, customize the layout, add customer types, etc. At one point I ran into some issues with some custom scripting and Damien Milner with tech support really stepped me through it, I would have to say he went above and beyond what I expected. I appreciate that if I call them, I can actually talk with a real person right away, and when I email, I get a response quickly, from an actual person that I can reply to. Their general attitude is one of helpfulness and niceness and they seem to care a lot that the install be successful and their product work properly. I do recommend PDG Software and their staff of great tech folks to anyone implementing a commerce site connected with QB Premier. Smooth all the way.

[01/06/2012] Our company has been successfully marketing aviation navigation products through online sales since 2000. PDG is the third shopping cart that we have used and is by far the best. The Quickbooks integration works very well with our fairly large list of products.
The company provides excellent customer support through phone, email, and an active user forum. In the 8 months that I've been working with them, I have never been on hold with the support department for more than a minute or two. I have not had a question that their support department couldn't help with. It is rare to find a company that goes to such great lengths to provide excellent customer support.

[11/18/2011] We’ve seen tremendous growth in webstore sales since implementing our PDG website two years ago. The system integrates with QuickBooks processing software, which is essential for our business. The ability to easily run special offers has been a huge benefit. Without an html or programming background, the initial set up was a bit difficult, but the support staff was able to walk us through issues and also recommend a designer to improve the look of our store.
Over time, we’ve learned a great deal about how to make changes to our site, update product information, run specials and more. It would be helpful if there was an easy to understand User Guide for people without html or programming experience, but when in doubt, we can always contact support and they guide us to a solution. We highly recommend the yearly premium support package. It is worth the investment.
We are especially thankful for Damien, who has been our right hand PDG man. He is highly skilled, pleasant, patient and 100% client focused on every interaction. Anytime we have an issue or need to know how to do something, we call on him. He makes us feel secure with the program.

[11/17/2011] About 2 years ago we began selling on line using Quickbooks Premier Retail to manage our inventory and sale. We quickly realized that we needed an interface which efficiently imported our order into QB as well as allowed for real time inventory updates. PDG was our solution. It does everything we need to manage an on line shopping cart store. The best part is probably the support staff -who all are knowledgeable and helpful. PDG is the best solution for an on line shopping cart / Quickbooks store. It truly works well

It is very easy to make price and product changes in POS and then upload them to our site. If we need Tech Support they are always very easy to work with and explain everything in a manner we can understand. GREAT PRODUCT!!!

[11/10/2011] I have used the PDG software for several client Ecom sites and find it to be an exceptional product, extremly easy to use and very reliable. The PDG support staff goes the extra mile to make sure any questions or issues are resolved. The PDG app is a direct inteface with QuickBooks or QuickBooks Point of Sale allowing you to control basic product info directly from your POS.
You will not find a better product than PDG.

We compared other online stores and this is the software that we chose to recommend to our customers. The newest version of PDG's Shopping Cart Software includes features that make an already user-friendly product even easier to use. The software is PCI-Compliant and compatible with Quick Books. Support is just a phone call away, or you can post to their message board to receive feedback from other customers that have used their products as well. Our customers love it!

[10/25/2011] We have had a great experience with PDG E-commerce software and the Staff at PDG. Starting with the sales dept we talked to them for close to year and never received high pressure to buy today and the sales dept was extremely knowledgeable about the products and packages.
When we got into installation and integration with the website the Tech support people were courteous, well trained and very fast about getting issues resolved usually in minutes.
Overall I would rate PDG 10 in a scale of 1-10.

[10/21/2011] I spend a great deal of time working on configuration setup and customization myself and avoiding asking questions as much as possible but... I had to call them a few times to ask questions and the first time they were very friendly, I had to call 3 more times after that and all I got was attitude, smart ass answers and unfriendly and sarcastic advice. If you know it all buy the app, if not, don't count on any kind of help from their side. Documentation is also incomplete and out of date with their current version, you got to be a rocket scientist to understand the existing docs/videos.

[10/06/2011] Caustic attitude by tech support, advises fraud to overcome inability to support multiple sales tax rates. If you want to do two tax rates you have to operate two non-integrated stores that can not share a common shopping cart. Then, since this cannot work from a customer point of view, they simply tell you to "Deal with it"

[10/22/2010] We came to PDG Commerce from a "website as a service" vendor. When we realized we needed to increase our investment in our website platform, the PDG relationship made the most sense. I wanted to own the shopping cart software, and was not willing to invest any considerable amount of my time and budget into anything we were not going to own. Another benefit to PDG was that Commerce could sync with multiple Order Management / Inventory Applications. QuickBooks was our original back end application. We are adding Fishbowl Inventory to QuickBooks In 2011. PDG Support is excellent....no question that they have the best support team I have ever worked with!

[03/10/2010] Wow! PDG and their support team are the best. The staff is knowledgeable, pleasant and very particular on the response time. I like to pick up the phone and call. I have never been on hold for more than 3 minutes. And the best part they have a website built in with their shopping cart which integrates with Intuit Merchant Service and QuickBooks software.
It is been easy to learn, and customize it for my business. They also gave me ideas to implement and add our unique manuals on Manage Properties with QuickBooks to our current website. There is a learning curve in every software even QuickBooks, so take your time, call or email them with questions.
