Customer Survey
The customer satisfaction surveys are web-based surveys sent to an IDN Developer's customer base. The survey is conducted and administered by an independent third party. Each survey consists of 32 questions about the company's product functionality, ease of use, technical service, and overall user experience.

[02/06/2006] I used Mag-Filer for the first time to electronically file my 2005 W-2's. I downloaded the software & manual with ease from their site and got to work. I found the program easy to use and the manual provided me all the necessary instruction. The program was able to file my W-2's with the SSA and state of Virginia. It can also do 1099's if needed. Many other softwares I researched required you to purchase separate programs for SSA & state filing. The fact that Mag-Filer does both for one price, makes it a great value. I will purchase again for 2006.
