Does MAG-FILER® have a network (multi-user) version?
MAG-FILER® has one version that includes network and local installations, prints forms, and e-files all 1099's, W2's and specific states W2 reporting.

How does MAG-FILER® import data?
MAG-FILER® easily imports data from ASCII comma separated files created from, for example; Excel or other software containing an output text file utility or QuickBooks® W2's and 1099-MISC print files. If you encounter problems in the importing of data, we will assist you in getting your data imported and e-filed.

Does MAG-FILER® print to W2 or 1099 official forms and laser created forms?
MAG-FILER® prints to pre-printed forms or creates a laser form for sending to your employees or payees. In some cases, you may not have to purchase forms or envelopes as all copies can be printed to blank paper. The program also prints W2 Copy A black and white copies for paper filing to the SSA (MAG-FILER® is an approved SSA vendor).

Can I have MAG-FILER® do all my processing?
MAG-FILER® service will do all or part of your year-end 1099 or W2 filing, including U.S. mailing of recipient copies.
