Customer Survey
The customer satisfaction surveys are web-based surveys sent to an IDN Developer's customer base. The survey is conducted and administered by an independent third party. Each survey consists of 32 questions about the company's product functionality, ease of use, technical service, and overall user experience.

[01/05/2006] 1. Beware, only when you go to purchase ShipRush do you find out it is a yearly subscription so don't be fooled by the price you see.
2. I purchased a new scale on their "approved list" a NCI 7815. The Ship Rush software recognized it and said it was ready for use but return "zero" lbs. regardless of what you were test weighing. After a day of posting on their "forum" (only free support available) the sysop told me to buy a USB scale. (The communications with the scale was fine using Hyperterm.)
so....
ShipRush Basic was the closest thing available for my needs but unfortunately very problematic. Stay away.

[01/10/2005] We installed the ShipRush demo to try it. I had to call to ask a question during setup, but after that it has run great!
Pretty slick overall. Nice to use. I use a label printer that we put on the network, and two users use ShipRush. We use it for COD and regular shipping. If you ship UPS, this is the way to go.

[01/06/2005] I needed to use my UPS label printer (it prints self stick labels), so I tried a few shipping add ons. ShipRush works great for this. Really fast to use. Works right with QuickBooks.
The ShipRush demo worked great, and I was able to get tech support on their support forum. Great add on for the $
