[10/22/2004] We are a truck brokerage company and have been in business since 1996. Since this time we have been looking for software to help us with dispatching our loads, keeping track of advances and interfacing with QuickBooks. Booking over 60 loads each week, we needed a strong software package that could get the job done. We found that software with 'FREIGHT BROKERS". It has done everything that we had hoped and even more! The support team for Freight Brokers is one of the best I have every worked with. With only having a few snafus when we started, we just made a quick call and it was taken care of. They even call us just to see if they could be of any assistance. I can't say enough about Marsha, Rob, Curtis & Kerry. They set up our software so that our West Coast office can now sign onto the server in Boston. Each office runs so smoothly and has cut down on the amount of paperwork that we do. It interfaces great with our QuickBooks program and we don't have any problems, which has made the change great. I would recommend this software to any Company, as for this has been the best investment we ever made.
