[02/08/2006] I used Accessbooks Realtime to populate an Access database for reporting purposes. Accessbooks Realtime was efficient in refreshing data compared to other similar products I have used. The interface is fairly intuitive but could use a little more work and refinement. The documentation is just adequate. Support for the product is about average. I ran into a couple of small issues during the implementation. It took about a day for them to respond via E-mail and only reached a voicemail box whenever I contacted them by phone.

[03/03/2004] I purchased AccessBooks RealTime to allow a manifest shipping application to use data from QuickBooks. Although AccessBooks worked exactly as described, the size of my QuickBooks company file meant that AccessBooks took too long to update. Fortunately Synergration, Inc. has some of the best after-sales support I have ever seen. Both management and development worked with me to address my problems and upgrade AccessBooks RealTime. After only a few days the features I wanted were added to the software and I have the data I need - when I need it - to integrate QuickBooks with my manifest shipping software. Although I have used only AccessBooks RealTime to work with a small portion of my QuickBooks company file, I already know that there is much more that I can do with it. The flexibility of the software and the dedication of the manufacturer make this purchase worth every cent. I had tried other third-party solutions before and this is the only one I could possibly recommend - if you need your QuickBooks data available to another application you have to try AccessBooks RealTime.
