Customer Service is deplorable

[10/19/2011] We have used Access RealTime for several years. Recently we installed a new server and upgraded to QB Enterprise 2011 and then had to buy Access Realtime version 7. There is a problem with certain tables that are not updating, it has something to do with changes to table designs (we suspect) in both RT and QB. Unfortunately we can never get anyone from customer support to answer. We use RT for handling piece rate payroll functions in a Access/VB front end.
Now I will have to rewrite the modules to use QODBC (which we use in sales and shipping anyways). It is unfortunate as I didn't really want to rewrite all that code, but a business model where no one can answer the needs of their customers will fail.
