Sharing Data With QuickBooks
When ACCTivate! is installed, your inventory and customer information (and all other necessary data) is migrated into ACCTivate!. ACCTivate! then takes over all of the operational functions such as Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Inventory management and more.
Your day-to-day operations are completed in ACCTivate!, and a bi-directional synchronization process is used to update QuickBooks.
Technical Support
The ACCTivate! support and maintenance plan is an annual service that begins on the date you purchase your system. Renewal occurs by the anniversary date of your original purchase.
The plan includes technical support, training, consulting, knowledge base, documentation, webinars, user community forum and the latest updates and versions of ACCTivate!. All updates are downloaded from the ACCTivate! website. Registered users are notified of these updates and can install them at any time.
The support team operates during normal business hours (Central time), excluding holidays and weekends.
For routine support, the plan provides an unlimited number of web submitted routine support requests. These could include a range of issues including usability and functionality. Your requests will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Routine Support and Product Upgrades are both free for the first year. After that, they are available on an annual subscription basis.
