Sharing Data With QuickBooks
When ACCTivate! is installed, your inventory and customer information (and all other necessary data) is migrated into ACCTivate!. ACCTivate! then takes over all of the operational functions such as Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Inventory management and more.
Your day-to-day operations are completed in ACCTivate!, and a bi-directional synchronization process is used to update QuickBooks.
Technical Support
After your Installation Support period ends, you are provided with an unlimited number of routine support requests at no additional charge.
Routine Support: You can enter a request on the ACCTivate! support website or you can leave a message in our support voicemail. All requests will be handled on a first-come first-served basis and responses will be posted to your account on the ACCTivate! website.
Priority Support: If your system is down or you are unable to perform mission critical business functions due to an issue with ACCTivate!, you may use our Priority Telephone Support. Two Priority Support calls per month are included in the cost of your SMS plan. Priority Support calls exceeding two per month will be responded to on a billable basis.

Routine Support and Product Upgrades are both free for the first year! After that, they are available on an annual subscription basis.
