Do I need to produce a new schedule for each schedule period?
No. Visual Staff Scheduler Pro is a perpetual scheduling system. You decide your schedule’s starting and ending dates. You can pre-schedule years in advance if you desire. There is no need to re-enter any data!

Will I be able to see if I have enough people scheduled?
Yes. With VSS Pro, you can indicate how many people or hours you need scheduled by position, shift, department, or location, and see if you have over-scheduled or under-scheduled based on your requirements. If your staffing level is based upon external variables (i.e. patients, packages, units, etc.), you can use VSS Pro to perform staffing calculations.
