[01/11/2012]  We’re a small manufacturing company that makes our own line of precision workholding tools. We sell mostly through distributors, but also some direct sales. Our previous software was very old and slow. We needed something with more modern features and better performance. We’ve been live with All Orders for about one month. The product has nearly everything we need in an order entry system. In areas where the product didn’t quite do what we wanted, the staff at Number Cruncher either showed us how to accomplish what we needed or actually made a change to make the product work as we required. At first the reporting didn’t seem to be enough for our needs, but we were pleasantly surprised at how readily reports could be modified to suit us. The NC staff has been extremely helpful in that area also. No software is a perfect fit out of the box, but All Orders is the closest we found at a reasonable price. Number Cruncher seems genuinely interested in making All Orders work for us and most likely others too. Because of this interest, I believe over the years All Orders will become an even better fit.

[05/09/2011]  We are a small beverage company that wanted to make the transition from tracking inventory and lot numbers by paper and pencil to a more automated system. We were looking for a solution that would meet our needs and be easy to integrate among employees with varying computer skills, as well as that would be within our budget. I spent time interviewing NumberCruncher and a few other vendors and ultimately decided that All Orders was the best software for our application. After purchase, the staff at NumberCruncher guided me through the implementation and helped me to build a special report template. We implemented the system just over 3 months ago and we have been very happy with All Orders and All Orders Mobile. They system is sophisticated while also being user friendly.

[11/08/2010]  We are a Mechanical Sealing & Gasketing facility located in Burnaby, BC. Canada. NE Seal Industrial has been doing business for 15+ years with offices in Dubai, UAE. We have been using Quickbooks programs to help manage our day to day operations & wanted to implement a program that would work hand in hand with Quickbooks, That’s when we discovered All Orders Number Cruncher. I would highly recommend anyone to use this product! All Orders allows quickbooks to sync with each other. Thus we are able to share information from quickbooks to All Orders. We have implemented a Inventory system, and can create Purchase Orders, Sales Order, manage inventory, set up new Vendors/Suppliers & Customers with a click of a button. All Orders is set up and laid out very user friendly, We have new employees with little or no computer skills, and they are able to use & navigate All Orders with ease. If an error message occurs, It probably means the user has input something incorrectly. This is where Customer help & software support by the Number Cruncher team has helped us tremendously. Customer help & Support is easy to use, Either by calling or sending a simple email. There is also very helpful Frequently Asked questions link on the Numbercruncher.com website that will help a user with common errors & questions. With the help of All Orders, NE Seal Industrial Products has grown from a small business to a Multi-Million dollar business. We continue to use All Orders on a daily basis.

All Orders Makes Life At A Microbrewery Easier!

[11/02/2010]  Paddock Wood Brewing is a microbrewery located in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. Being that Paddock Wood is the only microbrewery in Saskatchewan, we needed to find a product that we would be able to manipulate to fit our unique and ever-changing needs. All Orders by NumberCruncher was the system for us. This system allows us to account for the materials we purchase to brew, bottle, and ultimately sell our beer. Since All Orders syncs directly with QuickBooks, we are able to easily keep track our inventory, costs, and sales. One of my favorite features of the program are the reports that we can pull from the program. We are able to see what we have for inventory for all out items, as well as what has been sold to retail and commercial customers, in what quantities and how often. We use these reports to calculate our monthly sales, which helps to determine our production schedule. Another great feature of All Orders is the Location Transfer option, where we are able to create additional warehouses where we hold and sell product from. This feature allows us to keep track of our inventory in our warehouses in other provinces, so we can easily keep track of inventory at our different locations and see how often we need to send shipments. All Orders is a very easy product to learn, and to use. All Orders is also very well supported – should I have an issue or question about the program, I first look for my answer in their online guide. If I don’t find the answer there, I can either send an e-mail to the All Orders crew, or call their help line, depending on what my schedule allows. Their support staff are friendly and knowledgeable, as well as patient. I would definitely recommend the All Orders system by NumberCruncher to any other business that requires the ability to receive and sell items, though it can be used for that and so much more.

[10/28/2010]  We implemented All Orders in March 2010 and highly recommend this software to any potential users. The transition was much smoother than expected and the All Orders staff (from the President to the tech support individuals) were always helpful, responsive, and courteous. We are a bakery products manufacturer and All Orders has significantly improved our Bill of Materials process, especially to factor our true assembly costs. We have also benefited from the Work Orders feature. For example, we can easily enter the desired number of units we want to produce and All Orders calculates the exact raw materials needed. We use All Orders in conjunction with Quickbooks Enterprise and we are extremely pleased with the added reporting capabilities, features, and navigation of All Orders. The support staff has always helped us fully resolve any issue we have come across including to assist us in recovering data we thought was permanently lost. We have also been very satisfied with the staff’s ability to help us generate custom reports that we could never accomplish in Quickbooks. In summary, we are very pleased with this software, the company and its representatives, and the overall experience of our transition.

All Orders Solved All Of My Quickbooks Inventory Problems!

[10/28/2010]  American Quality Foods is a specialty dessert manufacture and as such we are required to adhere to strict FDA guidelines for food traceability. We are dependent on knowing where and to whom our products are sold. That coupled with over 100 dessert items and heavy sales makes it necessary for our inventory control software to handle such demand. All Orders has accomplished this extremely well! Implementation is very straight forward, although we needed further customization which Ian and his group handled very well. Yes, there were hurdles and glitches along the way but the personal support we received was outstanding. Members of the Number Crunchers team really went above and beyond to resolve our issues as soon as they could and we came away feeling each person truly cared about what they were doing for our company, not only working afterhours but on the weekends to make sure we had little to no downtime during normal business hours. We can’t honestly say that any one portion of the All Orders software has been better than the next. From the All Orders Mobile add-on that allows our shippers to very accurately process orders via wireless scanners to the very easy to use report writing capabilities, they all add to the solution we desperately needed. We tried another, so called “inventory control” software the beginning of 2010 and quickly realized it was nothing more than a rewritten CSR platform. We won’t even go into the frustration with that solution!

[08/04/2010]  We are a small (8 employees) manufacturing company in the medical products business. Government regulations make it absolutely necessary that we be able to track lot numbers for the components that go into our products. AllOrders does an excellent job of that. We were previously using a very antiquated DOS-based software that had been written in-house many years ago. One of the early benefits we experienced was the ease of exporting our customer, vendor and item lists from the old software and importing them directly into AllOrders. We also appreciate the ease of one-step creation of work orders directly from sales orders, saving time for our small staff. The Report Generator has allowed us to customize our business forms and create internal reports specific to our needs. The staff at NumberCruncher is friendly and helpful. Operational issues are handled quickly. We’ve also seen a couple of our requests for enhancements come to pass. I would not hesitate to recommend AllOrders to any small manufacturing business that needs to track serial or lot numbers.

Number Cruncher with Quickbooks

The service is great! Even through remote access, a NC representative solves issues when help is needed. Great service!

They helped me build out my BOM as well as set up all the necessary accounts to properly track and account for our inventory. All Orders is very intuitive and communicates very well with my QuickBooks software so I do not have to worry about the accounting implications of the day to day inventory flow. I strongly recommend NumberCruncher's All Orders software to effectively manage inventory for manufacturing and accounting.

[03/26/2010]  We are a small manufacturing company who converted from Exact MACOLA software (used for 14 years) to Quickbooks plus All Orders and are delighted with the flexibility and added capabilities that we are already enjoying. We are still quite early in our implementation having "turned off" our old software only 2.5 weeks ago. The key positive aspects are: ease of seeing the right information when you need it , integrated UPS shipping feature which automatically fills out the UPS shipping fields and returns the tracking number to our shipping document (we truly love that!). We are already getting more information in an easier fashion with AllOrders than we ever did with our previous software. AllOrders is a fantastic program with phenomenal flexibility and capability coupled with superb ease of use. We highly recommend it.
