The customer satisfaction surveys are web-based surveys sent to an IDN Developer's customer base. The survey is conducted and administered by an independent third party. Each survey consists of 32 questions about the company's product functionality, ease of use, technical service, and overall user experience.

[01/13/2012] This software crashes constantly. There is obviously a bug, but Customer Service (which is lacking), does not address the issue. I did not find out about the issue until after I purchased the software. No refunds here. Be sure to use the trial software for the full 15 days to make sure you will not have any issues. Once you purchase it is too late.
