MobileBiz 4.0 allows you to take QuickBooks® with you on your mobile phone. Update and create invoices, estimates, expenses, customers and more. Find and call customers or vendors with a click of your smartphone or PDA.
Using MobileBiz to write checks, detail credit card charges, and enter bills, allows you to keep your expense information up to date while away from the office. Each of these expense types can be broken down into individual expense items and assigned to customers and classes, just like the desktop version of QuickBooks.
MobileBiz also allows viewing of your Chart of Accounts. Using this, you can see the balances of each individual financial account for your business.
Each modification made in MobileBiz is automatically synchronized to QuickBooks on your desktop PC. Each time you drop your device into the synchronization cradle, MobileBiz interfaces with ActiveSync to perform the synchronization without requiring any interaction on your part.
