[02/25/2009] Legrand CRM has allowed our company to take a major leap forward in how we manager our customer relations. We interact with over 140,000 prospects and 30,000 customers a year having our Customer Service, Billing, Sales and Marketing team all using this one database allows for the departments to support the activities of other departments and provide a consistent message and high level of service to our prospects and customers. Legrand's ease of search features allows us to lookup the prospect / customer up in a matter of seconds when calling in, and have access to all important information, last contact, QuickBooks sales trx data, even what marketing pieces they have received and / or responded to, not only does this allow a high level of service but allows us to craft a message based on how the customer is reacting to our engagements, i.e. when they responded, what products they are interested in, etc.

[06/09/2008] My company just failed with a HUGE CRM implementation. They tested a hosted solution and finally landed on Legrand CRM. The Outlook & QuickBooks integration pays for itself quickly. I no longer have to create Crystal Reports to get financial history reports for managers. This makes both our jobs easier. Their tech support is also good. I also like the way it captures my web leads!

[05/15/2008] A GREAT TOOL!!! Legrand CRM has brought organization to the next level in our company and given us a tool that has virtually eliminated the disconnects we once had. It's such a robust tool; I don't know where to start with the accolades.
In business we are all required by necessity to be multitasking geniuses, which many people, no matter how hard they try, fail miserably at. Legrand provides an environment that makes multitasking seem like a trivial matter, which allows us to focus on the income producing core of our business.
Managing every aspect of customer contact and internal company communication is simplified and accessible at the click of a button. With just one click we have historical access to every customer/employee interaction, related QuickBooks financial transaction and all internal communications.
We used to spend a lot of time following bread crumb trails ending in frustration and apologies. Now, everyone is informed and accountable giving credence to our professional image with our customers.
I can honestly say our efficiency has quadrupled at a minimum and for those of you in business, add that to your bottom line. :) It'll bring a smile to your face. Isn't that what we're all striving for? :) Thanks Legrand

[05/06/2008] I had a problem. We were selling to customers without knowing their true value. Late paying customers were being treated the same as perfect ones. My best customers were virtually ignored. I now have a simple way of showing my employees who they are dealing with in Legrand CRM. We now sell only to those we want more repeat business from. The rep's also know who NOT to sell to. Everybody wins!

So many CRM's claim to give a 360 degree view - Legrand actually delivers on this promise. I get financial, sales, support, Outlook data in one place!

[05/05/2008] My small business purchased QuickBooks over the summer of 2007. However does not offer enough fields to keep track of all our contacts. Not to mention most knowledge of our customers was not in any database, but in the minds of our employees- with no central place to compile everything so that someone new could get a quick snapshot of what type of customer each is- Legrand solved this. Their campaign feature is amazing in organizing marketing efforts and truly allows one to easily analyze what works and what does not. It is extremely easy to create custom e-mail templates and send out personalized professional e-mails to customers, so it really looks like you are sending an e-mail to each person individually. In addition the link up with outlook has allowed me to keep my inbox organized, and to save all important communication for future use (before Legrand, I would have 100s of e-mails that I was afraid to delete in case I would somehow need them in the future- now I simply transfer these e-mails under the specific company/contact in Legrand, and I can delete them in outlook...not to mention when I DO need to refer to them, it is much easier to find in Legrand!) Overall this is a wonderful solution. Easy to use, support is very responsive, I'm extremely confident that my company will realize a great return on our investment in Legrand.

[04/25/2008] Legrand CRM is a great tool.
Functionality is robust, well designed and easy to follow the numerous menus and options. Once configured to own needs, own terminology and particular requirements, users can easily perform all tasks. Software provides excellent contact management, great customer service issues' reporting, follow up and tracking. The accounting and Item Tracking links to QuickBooks work seamlessly and keep both systems synchronized. Task assignments are placed in central calendar, and their completion can be easily monitored by all users, and verified by management.
We've just completed their on-line training, which was well designed and clearly taught. We’re taking full advantage of all the capabilities within the software, and increasing our productivity, our customer service quality and our response time.
Legrand Service response and Software support are prompt, efficient and professional.
We highly recommend this program.

[07/20/2005] Since we have made the change from paper and file folders, to ACT! to salesforce.com and now to Legrand, we have first hand experience about why this has been the best decision we ever made. With functionality that is easy to use, QuickBooks integration that is not available anywhere else for any price, and a quick and painless conversion, we could not be happier.
The following Top 12 are not in any particular order, we love them all:
1. QuickBooks Integration – especially drill down on all sales related transactions (posting and non-posting) – this should be more than 1!
2. QuickSearch (available on all fields)
The QuickSearch is amazing. It permits searching on just about any field and the search criteria even include empty and non-empty choices. In addition, once you do the search, if you right click on the list you can select everything on the list and assign a keyword, send an e-mail, transfer it to or exclude it from a work list, etc.
3. Keywords
This is an unlimited way to group companies or contacts together. The ways in which this feature can be used are endless.
4. Work list
This feature lets you create any type of custom list you would like. You can search within the program, and the list of contacts to the work list, or remove them from the list. Once you have created the work list, you have all the functionality of adding a key word, sending an e-mail, etc.
5. Ease of conversion
The import of data from a csv is quickly and easily accomplished via a mapping wizard. Additional information can be imported using only the company and city or first name, last name, and phone number without overwriting other information not included in the import. Within 1 day all of our data was converted, our QuickBooks integration complete, and we were using the product with ease. In addition there are several import tools to help automate the conversion from other systems.
6. No learning curve
The program is designed for the small to medium sized business that just wants to use it. The user interface is easy, and the screen labels can even be customized to make the data entry, reporting, etc even more straight-forward. Keywords, QuickSearch and all the functionality that can be accessed by a simple right click means anyone can be effective immediately.
7. Outlook integration that provides access to the full e-mail 8. Recurring calendar events
When a calendar event is entered, it is possible to click on the “recurrence” button to set the “rules” for how this event should be recorded.
9. Item tracking detail easily imported (and usable)
Item tracking, just like the other features in Legrand CRM, can be used via data entry, or via import. From QuickBooks, the item list can be exported and then imported in Legrand CRM. The item detail can be exported from QuickBooks and imported into Legrand by company, however, the power of using this information is in creating work lists using the contacts. QuickBooks does not permit the export of the sales detail to include the first and last name of the contact, so the import requires the use of QDataViewer.
10. Ease of assigning values to multiple contacts at once (keywords, user defined fields, etc)
By simply doing a QuickSearch or creating a work list, it is then possible to complete several functions including sending an e-mail, doing mail merge, assign or remove keywords, etc.
11. Change screen labels to match the terminology used within the business
Most all of the screen labels can be changed to match the terminology used within the business.
12. Transfer a contact from one company to another while preserving the activity notes
When a contact changes companies, it is possible to edit the contact to change how it is linked. When this is done, the activity notes will remain with the original company, and be transferred with the contact so follow up with either contains a complete history of what has happened in the past.

[11/14/2003] I can't believe how simple Legrand has made the transfer process from their CRM system to QuickBooks. Just a couple of clicks of the mouse. My sales people love using Legrand to track their progress, so it is all the much better that our accounting department can provide helpful information. The adaptation of Legrand CRM and the Accounting Link module has made our entire business much more efficient.
