The customer satisfaction surveys are web-based surveys sent to an IDN Developer's customer base. The survey is conducted and administered by an independent third party. Each survey consists of 32 questions about the company's product functionality, ease of use, technical service, and overall user experience.

[11/08/2011] Our company used Act for years, had data problems, moved to salesforce.com, ditched salesforce.com. Legrand was the most reliable and easiest to use. We import contacts and create easy telemarketing lists for several users - easy! Everybody knows what everybody is working on. We now know the big picture about our clients and prospective clients.

[09/15/2011] We had been struggling with Marketing and Sales working together as a team - not separate factions. Now our telemarketing is a breeze. Unqualified leads are easily loaded & distributed to the TM staff. Sales now get fresh, qualified leads. They are much more successful and love the immediacy. All communications are recorded and less fall through the cracks!

[09/14/2011] My employees really appreciate the QuickBooks financials and the ability to see the actual line items purchased. They can see the true value of each customer, be warned about credit risks and go the extra mile for worthy clients. QB data transfer is fast AND reliable. They really did their homework with this product. The customer support module and Outlook link really help us all see the true picture of our interactions! The marketing module has been improved and streamlined our telemarketing, email and printed marketing efforts.

[03/19/2010] I've used Legrand for a couple of years now and am just about to move away from it. It does have some good features, but for a small business many are overkill. The QuickBooks integration works well, but is slow - when you click on the accounting tab there's a definite waiting period. There are a couple of bugs and the outlook plugin disappeared so often I stopped using it. The built in email marketing software is clunky. A really annoying feature is that it's almost impossible to have a contact without a company - some of my suppliers & customers are individuals not companies. My biggest bugbear: I paid for a 1 year contract with no benefit (not even bug fixes). In year 2 without the 20% pa contract I get charged £50 for a new licence to move Legrand to my new PC. In month 1 I too would have said it's fantastic. With two years of use I no longer think so.
