[06/08/2005] Acowin is a great value for the price. The integration with QuickBooks is great, and the program offers many features not normally seen in a package at this price level. The scheduling, dispatching and invoicing is extremely simple and the program even has a surprisingly well-rounded inventory system that tracks not only the warehouse inventory, but also truck inventory. The learning curve is very reasonable, and every aspect of the program is well-covered in its online help system and training tutorials. The billing system handles time and material billing, quoted jobs, and flat rate billing equally well. There are numerous small touches that demonstrate care and foresight in the program’s design. Support is excellent and new features are constantly being added to the system keeping it on the cutting edge. I would highly recommend this package to anyone looking for a simple but complete service management system.
