Customer Survey
The customer satisfaction surveys are web-based surveys sent to an IDN Developer's customer base. The survey is conducted and administered by an independent third party. Each survey consists of 32 questions about the company's product functionality, ease of use, technical service, and overall user experience.

[02/22/2011] We have used this product for several years now. The upload to QB is seemless as long as you set up the codes properly on both sides. We've been able to resolve most issues with tech support. We called them for support a handful of times the first year or so but we've been functioning fine independently for a couple of years now. Product is easy to use and has worked great for us.

[02/08/2011] We are a mutlisite company with approximately 41 employees, both hourly and salaried. This webclock allows employees and supervisors to view timesheets with ease, view multiple timesheets at once, easily view leave balances, and make corrections. Customer service has been helpful, small delay in hearing back to correct problems after a huge upgrade, but company was experiencing a high volume of service calls at that time, no problem in timely service on any other occasion. The display when viewing multiple timesheets can sometimes be confusing. Overall please with the software.
