Price of $1506 reflects Basic edition subscription for 2 payee-users for 1 yr and 10 hrs of setup service @ $129/hr. Service time and the hourly rate can all vary for different customer installations.

Sharing Data With QuickBooks

QCommission is designed to integrate with QuickBooks from the ground up. QCommission can import any of the following data from QuickBooks.

• Invoices, Payments, Credit Memos, Estimates, Purchase Orders, Bills

• Customers, Customer Jobs, Products and Vendors

QCommission can selectively import data using various criteria such as:

• Restrict Invoice import using a date range

• Restrict Invoice import to just paid invoices

• Bring in Gross Profit and costs using different methods

Technical Support

Service goals are applicable to contracts that include Maintenance only. Customers must be registered users of the software and be current with all dues.

Supported Versions

The current year releases and prior two years’ releases are considered supported versions.

Problem Resolution

Problem resolution consists of helping to resolve problems related to defects in the software. These are referred to as Customer Support Cases.

CellarStone will manage Customer Support Cases with an automated system.

Upgrades

We plan to release at least one new major release each year. A number of minor releases will also be issued between major releases. The upgrades are available at no additional charge to customers that are current with agreements. Upgrade assistance is chargeable.
