Fantastic Product - Saves time and improves accuracy

[10/13/2009]  My company has a complex commission payout system. First, we pay on gross profit only, secondly there is a tiered structure to the commission levels based upon YTD sales, thirdly we don't pay out until the invoice is collected and finally there are numerous expense types that post against the sales rep's commission payout. When we developed this system of paying commission, we were forced to create all types of custom spreadsheets, numerous custom reports in Quickbooks and we spent hours preparing the commission statements. As we are a small company with limited resources, spending hours per month calculating commission statements was certainly not desirable. We decided to give QCommission a try. We have been using Qcommision for 3 months now and I must say that the time spent calculating commissions has been reduced to almost nothing. Basically I just import the data from Quickbooks and QCommission takes care of the rest. Seconds after the import is complete, I am looking at the commission statements for all of our sales reps. Additionally, the QCommission team worked extensively with us to customize our calculations and commission statement to tailor perfectly with our current business process. Anytime I have needed help setting something up, they have been more than accomodating, spending the time that I require to make sure that I have the program working perfectly. I highly recommend this product if you are paying sales reps on a commission basis. Now that I'm confident that we are getting our commission payouts correct (and our sales reps are too!) I'm ready to add as many salespeople as I can find!

[12/01/2008]  We've been looking for a software package for commissions for some time. QCommission is extremely flexible and allows a variety of different sales commission plans with tons of reports. The support staff was great; we had some minor data issues they helped us sort out, and we were up and running pretty quickly. I'd highly recommend this program not just for the features, but also for the quick and responsive support from Cellarstone.

Our industry is fairly complex when calculating commissions for individuals where every transaction is different and sometime unique. CellarStone was able to provide a great formula for providing calculations and custom reports. It integrates seamlessly with QuickBooks and is easy to use. We are very satisfied with the overall customer service and delivery.

A Good Solution From A Good Company

We worked through emails and phone calls, as the situation dictated and depending on what was most efficient. We never felt abandoned nor taken advantage of. [09/10/2004]  We searched fairly extensively for a solid software package to provide commission reports that work with our QuickBooks package. We finally selected QCommission. Unfortunately, our system's data was so out of whack due to internal system issues and a recent conversion that it took a great deal of time and effort on my part and the support folks at QCommission to get me up and going. I must say how professional, dedicated, and hard charging they were to commit their time way beyond the call of duty in order for me to be able to use their product fully and accurately. I certainly appreciate their unfailing efforts. It was truly a pleasure to work with them. The product itself it is very good, very detailed and fully functional. The report or statement format is perfect. I got plenty of positive feedback from my boss and my sales reps. All in all, despite the long nights I spent correcting my system to be in synch with QCommission, it was worth it. I highly recommend this useful software.

QCommission Pro! A tremendous timesaver!

[03/16/2004]  Our planned expansion at the end of 2003 presented several formidable dilemmas, not the least of which was how to integrate ten new recruiters into our staff and, more important, our multi-level commission structure. Luckily, we discovered QCommission Pro! From the integration with our QuickBooks invoicing systems to the ability to take a single payment record and process to multiple payees, each of whom has a different incentive plan, QCommission has proven to be the difference between night and day. No more spreadsheets requiring updating each period, no more errors in payroll AND no more recruiters trying to decipher confusing statements and draw calculations. Cellarstone has also proven to be a great partner after the sale, too. The implementation took only a matter of days and once installed everyone from the CEO of the company to technical support staff has followed up to ensure our satisfaction. Minor fixes we've requested to suit our own situation have been addressed immediately, as well. What used to be a dreaded task has now become simply one more easy accounting routine. We could not be happier! And always caught up!!

[02/23/2004]  Purchased QCommission recently, hoping to calculate commissions for our Sales staff based on GP of product and labor sales. After installing product on both Windows 2000 and Windows 98 machines, received identical XML related errors on both platforms. After a week or so of their technical people having us try this (copy data to local drive) and try that (single user mode) and try this again, they asked us to send our QuickBooks data file to them, which we of course refused to do. In summary: Abandoned. Still looking for a solution.
