Customer Survey
The customer satisfaction surveys are web-based surveys sent to an IDN Developer's customer base. The survey is conducted and administered by an independent third party. Each survey consists of 32 questions about the company's product functionality, ease of use, technical service, and overall user experience.

[12/01/2008] We've been looking for a software package for commissions for some time. QCommission is extremely flexible and allows a variety of different sales commission plans with tons of reports. The support staff was great; we had some minor data issues they helped us sort out, and we were up and running pretty quickly. I'd highly recommend this program not just for the features, but also for the quick and responsive support from Cellarstone.

[10/29/2007] QCommission is the missing piece to our commission puzzle! Our staff no longer has to spend several days each month manually processing payments. QCommission interacts directly w/QuickBooks making our process solid and safe from human error due to manual calculations and spreadsheets.
