Customer Survey
The customer satisfaction surveys are web-based surveys sent to an IDN Developer's customer base. The survey is conducted and administered by an independent third party. Each survey consists of 32 questions about the company's product functionality, ease of use, technical service, and overall user experience.

[10/29/2007] QCommission is the missing piece to our commission puzzle! Our staff no longer has to spend several days each month manually processing payments. QCommission interacts directly w/QuickBooks making our process solid and safe from human error due to manual calculations and spreadsheets. [06/27/2007] We have been using Qcommission for more than 2 years now. It is an excellent product and has saved us countless hours calculating commissions and always provides accurate payouts. Our industry is fairly complex when calculating commissions for individuals where every transaction is different and sometime unique. CellarStone was able to provide a great formula for providing calculations and custom reports. It integrates seamlessly with QuickBooks and is easy to use. We are very satisfied with the overall customer service and delivery.

We moved from a manual system to QCommission and found that countless hours were saved as well as any potential for human error alleviated.
