Sharing Data With QuickBooks
All inventory movement in Exact Alliance (Shipments, RMA, Receipts, Issues, RTV, Kitting, Scrap, etc.) is recorded in Transaction Tables. Exact Alliance transactions are pulled, accounts are validated and entries posted to the QuickBooks Journals and General Ledger based on the configuration and schedule you establish. Selected transactions can be held and any errors detected can be corrected. Posting can be done through a batch process with a review first or on a fully automated real-time basis
Technical Support
Technical Support for Exact Alliance is provided on an annual contract basis, which entitles you to unlimited technical support incidents, customer portal, free utilities and periodic maintenance releases. Alliance Technical Support is available Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 4:30 P.M., Pacific Time, excluding public holidays. You can contact Technical Support by phone, fax, e-mail or via the Exact Alliance Customer Portal.
