Customer Survey
The customer satisfaction surveys are web-based surveys sent to an IDN Developer's customer base. The survey is conducted and administered by an independent third party. Each survey consists of 32 questions about the company's product functionality, ease of use, technical service, and overall user experience.

[12/20/2011] I spoke with the Pres and I was asked if I could afford it and how I was able to afford everything thus far. He even went so far to say "after all this isn't Quickbooks." Is this what this country's business community has comes down to: how much you can afford ONLY. I won't be purchasing anything from this company even when I can AFFORD more due to growth.
