If I make changes to my QuickBooks customer data, such as the address, will the change automatically be copied to BQ?
Yes. BQ offers "On Demand", "Scheduled" and "Real Time" synchronization with QuickBooks. You can manually sync data by clicking a button or menu (On Demand) or automatically sync on Start Up or Exit (Scheduled) or automatically data is synced when entered or modified immediately (Real Time). The integration is completely flexible - choose the options that best fit your firm.

If I record time in my PDA - using BQ Palm or BillQuick CE or through the Web - using BillQuick Web Suite, will my timecards be automatically transfered to QuickBooks?
Yes. BQ will sync the time (and expenses) to the QuickBooks data file automatically.

I have generated an invoice in BQ and synced with QuickBooks. Now I get a payment from my client. Should I record the payment in BQ or QuickBooks?
Your choice. BQ will sync the payments and invoices either way.

Does BQ handle variables billing rates (based on customer and tasks) for my employees?
BQ has a very powerful Fee Schedule feature that allows you to assign a rate based on a customer, employee, task or any combination of the these three. In addition each job can have a different fee schedule assigned to it. BQ assigns the appropriate rate automatically and, therefore, eliminates time keeper errors.
