Sharing Data With QuickBooks

Jobshop’s Getting Started Wizard gets you going fast by systematically populating information from QuickBooks such as: Accounts, Classes, Terms, most Item types, Customers, Vendors, Sales Reps, Customer Types, Ship Via and Employees. Ongoing information may be sent to QuickBooks including, Inventory Transactions, Labor Entries (as Timesheets), Invoices and Receivers (as Bills to Pay). If new Customers, Vendors, Parts etc., were created in Jobshop, they are automatically created in QuickBooks.

Technical Support

VISUAL Jobshop includes a getting started wizard, screen cam demonstrations, a getting started guide, an online user guide and Web-based knowledge center.

For new customers in the United States, Maintenance and Support is free for the first 60 days from purchase. After 60 days, various support packages are available.

A Premium Support package includes software maintenance and unlimited calls, faxes, and e-mail.

You may choose to purchase software maintenance only that includes future version upgrades during your period of enrollment without call-in, fax or e-mail support.

For customers who require easy access to expert telephone support without annual fees, call-in support for a fixed per incident fee is offered.
