[04/25/2008] I felt CommTrack was a great fit for our business, however, when I began to work with the program, I realized there were a few changes that I would like to see. I called tech support and they changed the program to meet our specific needs. Clem did a great job and was very clear and precise as to what we needed to do on our end. Now the program works completely with ease. It is very simple and calculates over a 1,000 commissions for our company in a matter of 15 minutes, including printing the reports. Thank you CommTrack!

[03/28/2008] We purchased the CommTrack program a few weeks ago and are very pleased. Our company is in the insurance business and has brokers who split a commission on the sale. The program was pretty easy to set up and does exactly what we want. We save on an average 3 ½ hours a week doing commissions. It’s a good program with outstanding support.

The end result is a flexible, user friendly program yielding clear and accurate reports in minutes. For me, investing in ComTrack was a home run!

[11/16/2007] I'm not a professional bookkeeper or a QuickBooks expert. So with more than fifty independent sales reps and some tricky percentage schemes I knew I would need a program to help me calculate my commissions properly. Commtrack works very well to integrate with QuickBooks and draw out the desired information. The setup was not easy, but with support I was able to get through the process and get the program working to a point where I am very satisfied. The pros: calculates commissions and reports the information; small program without a lot of useless jazz; affordable for even a small business. Cons: I found it tricky to set up; limited control over reporting and exporting. Parting thoughts: I'm very glad not to be doing commissions with excel anymore.

[08/23/2007] I have been using CommTrack for about 10 months. It has made my commission cycle far easier and more accurate than ever before. What used to take 4 hours now takes 15-30 minutes. Most of that time is my paperwork after CommTrack has done its job. The ability to print detailed reports makes commission processing a breeze and my sales reps are grateful for the improved efficiency. Set-up was not hard, and support has been great. I would happily recommend this product.

[06/01/2007] This Product really gets the job done. It is a must have for any small business with a commission based sales team. Our sales people get a complete report with all the details they are looking for. What used to take hours now takes minutes.

[04/06/2006] CommTrack was exactly what we were looking for and at a great price. Frankly, I was initially concerned about how low the price was (I'm using a few QuickBooks aftermarket programs and know that support is critical). In hindsight, I could not be happier - I've had multiple systems changes since I purchased CommTrack, and they have been there for us every step of the way.
I estimate my ROI was achieved the second time I used it (short learning curve setting up and first run through).
I run the program once a month now and am done in a matter of minutes.
Utilizing Reps. to expand my business is no longer a "double edged sword" - thanks to CommTrack.

Too Cumbersome to start Little Help from tech

[04/01/2006] I really thought this would be the answer to help streamline my commissions being paid from QuickBooks. Unfortunately when I received my software I installed it and found it to be very cumbersome to operate. I expected a staff or technician to help me with the start up of this new software. In the beginning it was hard to get immediate service on the phone for help. I left messages and soon found out that Clem (the President) was my only contact. His answer to my problem was to read 24 plus pages and call him if I have anymore problems. I purchased this software to help meet my business needs instead lost time and money. I feel this software is too cumbersome for most individuals. I have installed many programs and consider myself to be somewhat savvy on the PC and very experience with QuickBooks ( 6 years ). I feel this program could have worked if I had more support at the beginning from the President.

[03/04/2006] This is a good program once I got the hang of it. The problem I found is the lack of user manual. I was told it was on the CD, however it did not answer my needs. It wasn't until I called the toll free number and someone came to my aid that I began to understand. Once that happened I really like the program. It saves a lot of time and frustration. I highly recommend it to anyone having to figure commissions. Once everything is in place, it takes about 1 hour to get all the commissions for 7 sales persons and one manager.

[05/20/2003] I give CommSplit 2003 a much better than average rating as the user screens are clean and intuitive, making the $ return on investment very high. Installation is very simple and clean. The transactions history tracking works very well and the printed reports are clean and professional. No more paper shuffling just to get details about commission transactions in a hurry. Invoice downloading with QuickBooks is a snap and easy to understand.
