How easy is Commtrack to use?
Very simple. You select the invoices from QuickBooks. A screen comes up showing invoices selected, change any commission rates, click on calculate and print reports, thats it.

Does CommTrack™ calculate commission on Sales or can you do it on gross profit?
Both. The calculation on Gross Profit is for Inventory items, Service items and non-inventory items. Cost of items, can use Purchase cost, average cost or you can override the cost in the QB invoice. Service items and Non Inventory items can use Purchase cost or you can override the cost in the QuickBooks invoice.

Does CommTrack™ check to see if there the invoice has already been processed?
Yes. It checks to see if invoice has already been processed and bypasses it.

Will CommTrack allow me you set a rate per item?
Yes. Our new version allows you to set a rate or an amount per item.
