[09/27/2007] The product helps by making order processing easier. Importing and exporting orders (with less line item and information entries) saves our company time and money. We are able to process more orders in a shorter period of time.
The service for set-up, issues, etc. has been superb. Very helpful/resourceful.
One issue we are having with a trading partner set up is producing their mandatory packing slip. Certain fields cannot be mapped and this would require our company taking the imported information and recreating it in other fields to supply the packing slip.
I would like to see this issue resolved as we are trying to streamline all EDI processes through one provider, but may not be able to if a mandatory packing slip cannot be created.

[09/24/2007] We started using TrueCommerce for EDI in February 2007 and I've been very happy with the ease of setup, fees, and QuickBooks integration. The support has been good and I have considered the application and staff very easy to work with. The only relative weakness in the application and integration is that the application can be slightly less than intuitive to someone unfamiliar with EDI. The support staff more than makes up for this I'd say. Additionally, I don't know that there are a lot of integration staff members who are familiar with the QuickBooks plug-in, which can make getting support for those issues a little tricky, but TC is still good about getting back to you with a qualified resource fairly quickly.

[09/21/2007] TrueCommerce is great because it cut down our monthly costs by 80%! The cost savings and the easy integration made TrueCommerce the obvious choice. By being a QuickBooks partner, TrueCommerce has employed the best technological support staff for the integration of TrueCommerce and QuickBooks! They are very intelligent and know how to fix almost any situation that has come up for us.
I really appreciate the multi-user (3 concurrent sessions) environment of the new Transaction Manager by TrueCommerce.

[09/20/2007] We had been using our first copy of True Commerce for some years very successfully and needed a second EDI module for another customer. Our True Commerce tech representative worked very closely with us and our second customer to set up the second system on a very tight schedule full of changing specifications. We needed another third-party programmer to add some functionality to QuickBooks and True Commerce worked with him, also, to insure we had what we needed. Knowledgeable, competent, professional, determined to get it right and a sense of humor besides. Highly recommended.

[09/19/2007] We were using a third party fulfillment house to accept our first EDI client - PetSmart. This was fine for a while, but as our company grew we wanted to obtain more control over the EDI process.
I began searching on the web for an EDI provider when I found True Commerce. I realized very quickly that with its QuickBooks integration capability that this would probably work well for us.
It couldn't have worked out better! After receiving a PO, I export it into QuickBooks and it converts it immediately into a Sales Order with no manual input. I simply print out the Sales order and give it to the shipping dept. for processing. I then do a transaction turnaround in Integrator which turns the PO into a invoice. The invoice is in the outbox until receiving shipping confirmation from the shipping dept. at which point I simply send the invoice to our customer.

[07/01/2003] I have been with our company for 6 years; we have been using True Commerce for over 3 years. This Program has made a tremendous dent in my workload so I can use my time more effectively. Before True Commerce I had to manually invoice 300-450 orders a week. This process took me at least an entire work day. Using True Commerce has cut that time down for me to about an hour or so a week. The program setup seemed a tad tricky to me at first due to the fact that at that time I had little experience with any other programs than QuickBooks. However they have a fabulous support team, (that remains very helpful through present day), that walked me through the process step by step making it seem almost effortless. Once your setup is complete and you are ready to go, your orders start being sent electronically from True Commerce to you already in invoice form, all you have to do is import them into your QuickBooks invoice register. From there the only steps you need to do are make sure they are under the correct date and template that you want and print. Billing has also been made much easier. You no longer have to wait 2-3 hours for invoices to print before you can mail them out. With this program all you need to do is export your billing report from QuickBooks, import it into True Commerce, and send it off to your trading partner with a click of your mouse. Our company is very pleased with True Commerce Integrator and we would definitely recommend it to other small businesses.

[06/25/2003] I've heard tales of the "Before Time" when those who preceded me had to manually invoice our customers. With a distribution of 500 stores, this was no easy task. With True Commerce, the process is much easier and takes little training to understand. I've been with my company for 4 yrs and we have grown each year, as has True Commerce. They have always been willing to tailor the program to suit our needs and have always been on hand with the help I need for technical issues. The program integrates with QuickBooks easily and efficiently with almost no effort on my part. I highly recommend that anyone using QuickBooks and needing to enter the world of Electronic Data Interchange think about True Commerce. We've looked at other companies to compare and they just don't match up with our needs.

[05/13/2003] Before Integrator I had to manually invoice all orders (120-150 per week). Now I receive them from TrueCommerce and they are electronically imported into QuickBooks. It is an e-mail like system. I click on an icon and the order appears. I highlight them and export into a file and then import the file into QuickBooks. Getting the invoices back to my trading partner requires a few more steps. A report needs to be made then it is saved into a file then the file is imported into Integrator and then it goes immediately to my trading partner. It has reduced my work load greatly. Keeping track of which invoices have been sent back to integrator is the most difficult part. There is a file in Integrator that shows all transactions, so it is easy to cross reference. The software is very easy to use and when I was first set up on it the tech walked me through using the different features. They are available to help after set up as well.
I do recommend this program to QuickBooks users because you do not have to manually invoice orders. The program imports them directly and once you get it set up with TrueCommerce it runs very smoothly. They are able to import the items into the invoice in the right places so you invoice looks exactly the same as if you manually did it. If you need assistance you can always call them up and someone can help you. They also have an online manual that can be referenced if a question comes up.
