Can I insert invoices with signatures into QuickBooks?
You can insert invoices with signatures into QuickBooks, but because QuickBooks does not recognize customer signatures, the signature will not appear with the invoice. However, the LowFat Invoice desktop companion will make a copy of your invoice and insert into it's own invoices directory. That way if you ever need to refer back to the signature you will be able to.

Can I have more than one Pocket PC in use at the same time?
Absolutely. You can use as many PocketPCs as you have mobile workers. At the end of the day, insert each PocketPC into its cradle. The Owner Name for the PocketPC will be displayed on the desktop computer. You can now view and/or add the invoices the individual has marked as complete into QuickBooks. Optionally, you can download new jobs to the PocketPC, or update the QuickBooks Lists on the PocketPC.
