[06/20/2008]  This is the best program I ever used. It is web-based, inexpensive, integrates with my QuickBooks Online accounting program seamlessly, files and pays all my state and federal payroll tax forms, and made direct deposits for employees. For about $50/mo I am able to do all payroll functions myself with just a few keystrokes. Highly recommended, especially if you also use QuickBooks Online. You will never need a payroll service or payroll clerk again.

[11/18/2004]  I struggled with manual payroll for about a year. As we've grown, of course the task gets larger. I have no idea if PayCycle is the cheapest, or even the best. However, it is working great for me and I wouldn't switch for any reason. It integrates to my QuickBooks Online perfectly, is easy to use, and affordable.

It's just so simple!

[11/17/2004]  My husband and I bought a new business about a year ago, and looked around for a payroll service to pay our employees. (We have about 20) We decided on Paycycle, since we were already using QuickBooks. It is the easiest thing I have ever used. It was easy to set up, tax payments are made electronically for us, and all our records are kept and easy to access. Payroll is the easiest part of running the business, believe me!!!

New User Paycycle

[10/28/2004]  Over the past 3 years, my business had to scale back in a big way. I had over 25 employees with a full accounting staff. Now I have 2 employees, my son and my self. Not having the accounting staff I rely on programs like Paycycle to keep me up-to-date on payroll and payroll taxes. It's very intuitive, friendly and makes me feel very comfortable knowing I can trust this system.

Exactly what I needed

[10/27/2004]  Last year I left a large investment firm to start my own financial planning practice, Creed Capital Management. I now had to take on all the administrative tasks that were handled by home office. Payroll was one which I was very intimidated by. I originally assumed that I would use my CPA. Frankly, it is easier and more cost effective to use PayCycle. I use the plus version which includes computation of my state tax liability. Now I do payroll twice a month, which takes about 3 minutes. I file and pay taxes whenever I get an email from Paycycle. One less thing to worry about!

Accountant's Perspective of Paycycle

[10/26/2004]  I've been very pleased with Paycycle. Among some of the strongest features are: 1. Ease of setup, 2. Affordability, 3. Email reminders of all important dates, 4. E-filing of all federal tax forms, 5. Compatibility with QuickBooks - easy export/import. Only weakness is current lack of state filing capabilities.

Payroll with NO Pain!

[10/24/2004]  I was thrilled to find out about this program a few months ago, and even happier when I tried it out! It takes all the pain and drudgery out of a task that I do not like, not even a little :-) I have turned down contracts because I did not want the payroll issues, but now, with PayCycle, it is so easy! Their support staff is awesome, very friendly and timely. The cost is very affordable; especially when you factor in all the 'extras' that are standard with their service....Direct Deposit, tax forms filled out, integrates with QuickBooks! It's amazing!! I have taken on a few payroll clients recently because of their service. I can give the client as much, or as little control of their payroll as is needed, and check up on them whenever I need to. I've had 2 clients who had to start payroll and they had NO idea; the website takes you step-by-step on what forms to fill out (and with one click, the form in on your computer and printer!!), where to send, who to call if needed, etc. The BEST part, when payroll is finished, you simply click 'export now' and into QuickBooks it goes; you do NOT have to set QuickBooks up first; easy as pie! I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone!!! Rox :-)
