PocketBooks is very flexible. Many of your options and configurations can be retrieved directly from QuickBooks. You can further customize PocketBooks to match the fields and transactions you have in QuickBooks.

PocketBooks can support many remote users at a single time (discount pricing available). Each user can be customized to allow the appropriate level of information and functionality to meet their job duties. Users can exchange data on a single machine, across a network, or remotely based on your computer setup.

Is emailing or printing from the field supported?
Yes, PocketBooks can print to a printer or send the output to your mail program. The PrintBoy print engine is provided with PocketBooks (additional print engines supported). The printers supported depend on the print engine being used. There are over 40 printers that are supported.
