Have been pleased with AccountSync

[01/24/2008] Set up was easy and I have been very happy with this add-on product. I use QuickBooks 2006 Premier. The one negative is that AccountSycn does not recognize assembly items. I guess there has not been enough demand for them to add this functionality. The tech support didn't realize that this was a problem.

AccountSync does not work with QB 2007

[05/02/2007] We are using StoreFront version 6 for nearly 4 years now. At the time of installation we also purchased the AccountSync application to get our sales orders from the web store into QuickBooks. Until QuickBooks 2006 came out AccountSync did a nice job and we were very happy.
The problem started when upgrading to QuickBooks 2006. For more than 6 months did we have to wait for AccountSync to be updated to work with QuickBooks 2006. Contacting LaGarde tech. support was a pain and support was (and still is) non-existent. Well, we heard often enough that a fix will be posted on the support web-site but again that took more then 6 months after the official release of QuickBooks 2006.
During that time we also introduced assembly items to QuickBooks. They where added to our web-store without any problems. However, AccountSync does not support assembly items at all, thus, no order can be copied from the web-store to QuickBooks. Contacting tech. support on this new issue did not get us any further, just: it's not supported.
Well, we are now using QuickBooks 2007 for about half a year and we never were able to have AccountSync connect to QuickBooks 2007.
AccountSync is a waste of money and tech. support on the application is non-existent. To avoid the same frustration that we have experienced since QuickBooks 2006 just stay away from this interface.
Rumors on the LaGarde AccountSync user forum have it that AccountSync is a dead product. Speaking to various tech. support people all of them denied this fact, nevertheless, neither fixes nor updates are provided that would suggest otherwise.
Intuit should not even list this application on their web-site as it does not work with QuickBooks. It also would be very helpful for other customers looking at add-ins for QuickBooks that Intuit not just list add-ins without verifying that they work with QuickBooks.
