AccountSync never worked correctly, Lagarde wouldn't refund purchase

[07/30/2009] We purchased Lagarde's Quickbooks AccountSync (AS) when we purchased Storefront 6.8 in 2006. AS did set up correctly after much labor, but was entirely unsuitable for the purpose advertised. When we imported orders to QB, AS would take Storefront's Web Order #1100, for example, and overwrite QB Invoice #1100, even though we were on QB Invoice #15000. It also would not import product attributes, so you would have to enter that in by hand. The interface was clunky, the documentation was minimal, and the import process was very slow.

[01/24/2008] Set up was easy and I have been very happy with this add-on product. I use QuickBooks 2006 Premier. The one negative is that AccountSycn does not recognize assembly items. I guess there has not been enough demand for them to add this functionality. The tech support didn't realize that this was a problem.
