[05/06/2008] Our company selected Web TimeSheet because of an internal recommendation (a new employee had joined us from a company that used Web TimeSheet). Initially, the evaluation process did not go smoothly as our company did not track time and expenses in a conventional manner. After several meetings with Replicon's support team we were able to have a few workarounds figured out for us.
We evaluated several other packages out there and at the end of the day, we decided to go with Web TimeSheet as it was the best fit. One of the competing solutions would not work the way we needed it to, and we found the other far too difficult to use.
After purchasing the software, Replicon's implementation team worked with our IT team to deploy the system across our offices. The software was not difficult to launch, but because the implementation service was free we took them up on their offer just in case we ran into any difficulties.
I do not have any actual figures to share, but our billing process has significantly been sped up allowing our staff to focus less time on administrative duties.
