Sharing Data With QuickBooks

ExpenseWatch.com integration with QuickBooks is simple and quick. A free utility called an Integrate is run from the desktop of designated users and easily transfers relevant data between ExpenseWatch.com and QuickBooks.



ExpenseWatch.com installation can be set up from QuickBooks using the system’s setup wizard. Vendors, accounts, classes, customers, and employees are automatically added to ExpenseWatch.com.

Technical Support

Customer support is provided free of charge. Generally, customers will submit a technical support request using the form within the ExpenseWatch.com system. Technical support representatives are available Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Eastern time.



ExpenseWatch.com also offers multiple options for training:



  • Implementation Training -- during the implementation phase, ExpenseWatch.com Customer Satisfaction engineers offer policies, administrator and end-user training.

  • Quick Start, Self-Paced Training -- a series of pre-recorded online training sessions enable users to learn at their own pace.

  • Live, Online Training -- live virtual classroom sessions using test company data to show users how to use the system.

  • Personalized Online Training -- customized online training sessions beyond what is offered with the product subscription are available for a charge.
