[10/08/2004]  My thanks to ExpenseWatch for helping us completely streamline and simplify the expense submission, review, authorization and payment process with a standard web-based solution that offers us the performance and availability we need to continue to be lean and agile. Additionally, we can now reconcile to our expense budget in a fraction of the time it used to take. Further, we have been able to create much more detailed and accurate expense budgets to do the online reporting capability. Our analysis and reporting allows us to closely examine trending and make adjustments to our procedures to maximize the effectiveness of expense policy in real time. We are no longer watching our expenses grow, we are managing our business in a way that enables us to turn business expenses into policy based business value.

ExpenseWatch is a wonderful tool

[10/08/2004]  The EFC has people involved in many different venues and locations across Canada. Getting timely and complete expense reporting was very difficult. Expense Watch allows people to start an expense report and update it while they are traveling, then submit it for approval when complete. They can enter items from any web access point and then save the receipts in an envelope for submission on their return. The online automatic routing for approval expedites the process and simplifies it. Expense Watch is a wonderful tool!

[09/22/2004]  We researched many options to automate and improve invoice processing, and ExpenseWatch was the only vendor which offered the functionality we desired at a price that even a small to mid-sized company like ours could afford. It is an efficient way of enforcing spending policies and approval chains, and our users found it to be intuitive, user-friendly, and simple to learn. Our managers also appreciate the ability to access their department’s spending data whenever desired. Implementation was simple; the majority of data we needed to set up (vendors, accounts, etc.) could be imported directly into the program, and the ExpenseWatch team guided us through every step of the process. Whenever we have had a question, comment, etc., we have received a prompt & personalized response from the support team. Most importantly, since implementing the program, our processing time has been greatly reduced; invoice data is forwarded immediately to reviewers, users can access that data from any computer, the invoice submitter can track invoice status at any time to see which items require follow-up or even escalation, and the import of approved items into QuickBooks is a quick & easy process. Overall, a great value.

[09/10/2004]  Thanks to its quick response and excellent technical support from the ExpenseWatch team, we are now able to import purchase records of all regional offices into the QuickBooks in just a few minutes. As a rapidly growing small-sized, but widely spread multi-states business, ExpenseWatch has been the best solution we have ever had to handle invoices in a timely manner.
