Customer Survey
The customer satisfaction surveys are web-based surveys sent to an IDN Developer's customer base. The survey is conducted and administered by an independent third party. Each survey consists of 32 questions about the company's product functionality, ease of use, technical service, and overall user experience.

[12/08/2011] Expensewatch is easy to use and that's great, because we don't have hours on end to sit around configuring a system. Now we can manage expense reports, invoices and purchasing. It's great that it's online, too.
One of the best things about it is the visibility that it gives us on our company. We can see where our money is and how it's being spent. We're no longer scrambling to skim stacks of Excel purchase orders just to find out where we stand.
The reporting is good. We get the information we need in a concise manner. It has been a great investment for us.
