Customer Survey
The customer satisfaction surveys are web-based surveys sent to an IDN Developer's customer base. The survey is conducted and administered by an independent third party. Each survey consists of 32 questions about the company's product functionality, ease of use, technical service, and overall user experience.

[10/26/2007] Scale Management Systems (SMS) Turbo is remarkably effortless to use and it interfaces well with the versatility of QuickBooks.
While QuickBooks is to be commended for having alleviated the complexity of accounting and producing a simplified bookkeeping system for everyone to use, so has Creative Information Systems created a scale management system that uncomplicated the chaos of truck scale management. The complimentary combination of QuickBooks and SMS Turbo saves hours of bookkeeping and transfer time.
Never having had a problem with QuickBooks, I cannot attest to customer service. I can however, attest to the CIS staff. It has always been courteous and timely responsive with regard to customer service.

[12/15/2006] Having purchased a rock quarry and wanting to replace the old DOS based billing system and issue automated tickets at the scale and interface the billing to QuickBooks, we reviewed the marketplace and found SMS to be the best fit. The pricing was great. The installation was painless. The support was/is excellent. I would highly recommend this product to those who want a complete automated approach to ticketing and billing.

I have upgraded several times since then and I always check competitor’s products in the process. I always end up upgrading with the SMS package. You could not ask for a better scale package, and you could not deal with a better group of people than Creative Information Systems.

[01/14/2005] Connected to QuickBooks customer database so I have a customer file. Prints scale tickets easily and handled my special pricing. They offer great support. The pre invoice report allows me to review ticket data before making up the bills. The ticket data when invoiced updated my chart of accounts and items codes as well as sales and tax history.
