Customer Survey
The customer satisfaction surveys are web-based surveys sent to an IDN Developer's customer base. The survey is conducted and administered by an independent third party. Each survey consists of 32 questions about the company's product functionality, ease of use, technical service, and overall user experience.

[03/02/2004] Simply put this is an invaluable product. This application interfaces with your POS, retrieves data for daily sales, sends data to QuickBooks, all in minutes.
If you own a gas station and are doing daily sales reconciliation manually, this product not only saves you an incredible amount of time but gives you far better data than you are probably getting now.
My accountant just needs a current QuickBooks backup to do ALL of my tax work because everything she needs is there.
I've never been so thoroughly pleased with any software.
