Is Series2k a Windows based product and will it work on XP ?
Yes. Series2k is a completely written using Microsoft Windows products so is very easy to learn and also compatable with all the new Windows platforms including XP and 2000.
How quickly can you get us up and running, we are not currently scanning?
In special circumstances we can get a database set up for you with as many as 10,000 items onto your POS in under 48 hours, provided you have the POS connected correctly to the back office PC and it has a stable internet connection. Normally this will take under a week.
Can you take my current database from the POS system and create a back office database into Series2k and also import electronic invoices from companies like Coremark etc?
Yes 100%, we can take your vendors electronic database and convert that for you as well, and then import your vendor invoices electronically in seconds. These itemized invoices will be translated automatically into the correct departments and can be sent to QuickBooks for accurate retail accounting.
