[03/09/2011] I ordered this software because it was advertised as being compatible with Timeslips, my former product. It said my data could easily be converted. Well, I spent over an hour on the phone with technical support. Guess what! They couldn't convert it. So I wrote a review criticizing this, and I got a phone call. Their solution? They would extend my access to their support line, because by now I was out of time for support. Of course, this doesn't help at all because it was the same support line that couldn't solve my problem to begin with.

Tabs3 is the best billing software I've ever used

[09/03/2010] I have been a legal administrator for the last 20 years and have seen my fair share of legal software programs. As such, I was a long time devotee of the another program for billing. However, 2 years ago I switched to Tabs3 after my boss had had enough of errors and corruption. Today I couldn't be happier. Tabs3 is a lot easier to use, without giving up any of the power or flexibility. I strongly recommend it to anyone who does billing in a professional setting.
