Sharing Data With QuickBooks
PropertyBoss 2008’s QuickBooks integration summarizes, transfers and maintains traceability of property management transactions sent directly into QuickBooks. The data sent to QuickBooks is summarized either as accrual or cash transactions and multiple properties may be consolidated in a single QuickBooks company file. Classes can be tracked either by property name, owner, or by user-defined classes. PropertyBoss 2008 imports your vendors, classes, and the chart of accounts.
