Customer Survey
The customer satisfaction surveys are web-based surveys sent to an IDN Developer's customer base. The survey is conducted and administered by an independent third party. Each survey consists of 32 questions about the company's product functionality, ease of use, technical service, and overall user experience.

[04/24/2009] We started using PropertyBoss about 6 months ago after switching from another system. We made the decision based upon another local property management company that spoke very highly of them and after reading the ProAdvisor review.
We manage several different property types including residential and apartments. The system handles all of our different rents, owner payments, late fees and other recurring charges very easily. We manage all of our work orders, company tasks and vendor tasks within the application. When we started with them they did a good job, but recently added new functionality that does an awesome job! That alone freed up almost half of someone’s time.
Our business needs to have several QuickBooks files and PropertyBoss maps to all of them. We use the detailed QuickBooks mapping and it is very powerful. Previous system just created a file you had to import. PropertyBoss sends the info right to QuickBooks. Easy to produce reports and manage financial transactions. My accountant likes it because I just gave her the QuickBooks file and she had everything she needed and she didn’t have to learn another system.
I purchased training and it was worth it. I worked one on one with someone who actually understood my business. Two of us went through the training and trained everyone else. We’ve had a couple of questions about the product and the help desk has been great to work with. It was nice to have a real person actually call us back. They connected to our computer and fixed the problem in less than 15 minutes.
I normally don’t take time to fill these things out, but our old system was really hurting our business and the PropertyBoss folks have been a life saver.

Cannot balance to QuickBooks

[01/05/2009] My client constantly had problems balancing the numbers in PropertyBoss to those in QuickBooks - using their interface. For a while, I thought it was something the client was doing wrong. Then we spent lots of money for PropertyBoss to look for the errors and they could never find where the discrepancy was. It looked like prior accounting periods were affected. The software is good but I am not sure about the interface to QuickBooks.
