Sharing Data With QuickBooks
Service Call interfaces with QuickBooks by sharing customer information and item lists. This enables Dispatchers to schedule appointments for Field Technicians and allows Field Technicians to complete estimates and invoices in the field as well as collect payment information. Upon synchronization, QuickBooks receives updated information, thus eliminating duplicate data entry by the Accounting Department.
