[09/01/2005]  Martin; I wanted to take the time to thank you for the excellent service you have provided us.

Service Call has allowed me to reduce my overhead by removing the need for a billing person; it has allowed us to get our invoices out the next day rather than the end of the week giving me a faster turn on my accounts receivable. It also helps with my inventory. By having my tech’s write up the invoice on-site they are more likely to remember the parts that they have used.

I also want to thank you for your service when we were have problems with the VPN you said that “I too would be a happy customer” and you are a man of your word.

[08/25/2005]  This is our third season using the Service Call software. I can't imagine running our business without it. Utilizing the software has made us more streamlined and more efficient.

When I think back to how much time I spent shuffling papers, I am horrified! I had to write out, by hand, every day the schedules and the service tickets. Our technicians would then write out what they did on the service tickets, and then I would have to translate their writing to enter the tickets into QuickBooks. It was a long, time-consuming process. Now they pick up their schedules in less than 5 minutes and transfer back their daily work in about the same amount of time. Invoices are processed easily and sent out the next day.

The set up of the program was very easy. Service call automatically transfers over your information from QuickBooks. You merely have to set your preferences.

The support for this product is phenomenal. Answers to inquiries are promptly provided. If it can't be answered in an e-mail they are willing to discuss and assist via telephone.

They really care about putting out the best product they can and stand behind their program 110%. Having Service Call on board has been one of the best business investments we have made. It paid for itself in what we gained in efficiency and organization in the first year.
