You Better Learn It Well, otherwise...

[08/18/2009] The initial assistance in setting up Oasis was great. The product, although very flexible, is very complex and can take a lot of time to learn to use. Our staff took around 3 months to get Oasis to a usable point. However, once Oasis is running and you need quick answers, support is slow. The product is good, but if you can't get support on a product this complex quickly, that makes it difficult.

[11/08/2008] I tried 3 CRM programs before finding Oasis. The others did not even come close.
Oasis handles all of our scheduling, service contracts, billing, and customer web based interface. The training was above average with every part of the program explained hands on with KnowTia walking me through the customization for our business. We asked for several custom programming add-ons and Knowtia was only too happy to accommodate our requests. I would recommend this product to anyone in the service industry.

[06/03/2008] Our company uses Oasis CRM to sell cigarettes on the internet and over the phone. We have anywhere from 5-12 operators on the phones at a time taking orders and Oasis handles this without hesitation. Our website shopping cart is online 24x7x365 as well, constantly taking in orders.
First off, if you ask me the price we paid for Oasis is a bargain. A CRM solution is never cheap but I think that you cannot go wrong with this one. In addition to the ease of use and performance of the product, comes the outstanding service. The engineers and programmers at Oasis all know what they are doing and they care about your project. I have never received such great care as a customer from another company. We have had several customizations to the software tailored to our company as well, it’s not a one size fits all type of product. If you need something that’s not already there, they CAN do it. The software itself is EXTREMELY easy to use and is very intuitive to what you will want to do next.
You can probably go find some fly by night company that may promise you things that you'll never get -- or you can get Oasis CRM and be done with it in one shot. If you want a reliable company that will stand behind their product, you want Oasis CRM.

[03/27/2008] Being in the consulting industry we see a constant as it relates to CRMs and their efficiency. We at one point took it upon ourselves to develop a CRM for our own use and fell into the never ending saga of not being satisfied. We then began searching for a formidable solution that will do many if not all of the functions we needed to run the organization...and found oasis. It was beyond affordable and answered our requests for a all in one solution. We are extremely satisfied with the product and support over the years and look forward to growing with them.

[03/25/2008] We recently bought Oasis CRM and wanted everyone to know what a great experience it has been so far. We were recommended by a QuickBooks Pro Advisor to Oasis CRM since we were having trouble keeping track of our resources schedules and work orders. Since our first call with Tracy Hyde, we have been impressed. She took the time to really understand our needs and work out pricing that met our needs.
We have been working with Barb as our project manager and Thomas during the installation process. We have been completely handheld during the entire installation process and even got a call from the VP of Operations to insure we were happy with everything! Great product and great company.....

[02/08/2008] We recently purchased Oasis CRM to assist our sales team as well as have an integrated product to our existing QuickBooks Pro 2007 system. Since purchasing the product, we keep finding new and great features and couldn't say enough about the phenomenal support we have received from our Project Manger Jen.
We are really looking forward to getting the customer self-service portal up and running and are thrilled with this product overall. I would recommend Oasis to any QuickBooks user.

[11/01/2007] As an accounting firm we always struggled with true follow up on new sales leads as well as sharing of knowledge internally.
OasisCRM has helped us with this by making it easy to track all client activity and incoming work as well as sharing knowledge with our staff and our clients.
One of the greatest features for us has been the Email campaigns for newsletters to our clients and the job tracking system. Using rate schedules and contracts, clients no longer get billed for time that is included with their standard services as well as we have increased our collection on labor tasks for clients that should be billed without having all of the staff having to be intimate with that client.
We would recommend OasisCRM to anyone who has multiple locations, the need to track both fixed fee and contract billing and the need to have clients be able to see what the status is of their work.
Overall, we can’t understand how we went so long without it.

[05/03/2006] This is a completely unsolicited review of the OASIS CRM product line. We are a small business who purchased this product this past February and have already seen a huge increase in the amount of work being done by our sales and order fulfillment staff.
KnowTia's support staff has been great to work with as well. Their dedicated staff has exceeded our every expectation. The best part of all is the QuickBooks integration. We have saved so much time and money with this product.
I would highly recommend this product to any company looking for a easy to use a great CRM solution that integrates to QuickBooks.

[03/05/2004] As an Internet Service Provider, we were looking for a Customer Relations Management software package that could increase our level of customer service. For us, this was particularly difficult as other attempts resulted in sub-par packages that made us switch from QuickBooks and turned our accounting department upside down. We finally found Knowtia! This application allowed us to keep QuickBooks as our accounting package and facilitate the implementation of our much needed ticket tracking system. The setup was guided and simple. We started to use the package shortly after installation and it did not interrupt our business. Rather, it immediately complemented our existing systems and allowed us to have our own knowledge base, trouble ticketing and communications database. If we had problems, our support representative was immediately available to help. If the software could not perform certain functions or we had a specific need, we suggested them and in some cases they appeared in the next release. We continue to use Knowtia and look forward to future releases!

[02/13/2003] I am writing this review of Knowtia's software because of my company's very positive experience with the product. My review is unsolicited and I present it only to help others who are searching for the right software to help their company compete in the marketplace.
I represent a Network Services and Integration company. They have been providing on-call services for many years to a client base of over 1500 businesses and city governments.
We spent the last 8 years looking very hard for the right scheduling, service call, service ticket and knowledge management system. Last fall, we met the Knowtia marketing people at a Service Desk Expo event in San Diego. Knowtia was being shown and demonstrated in comparison to all the big names in the industry.
After a lengthy and quite informative demonstration and consult process conducted by the Knowtia sales staff, we purchased a 10 user Enterprise SQL license to this software.
The features and easy ability to customize this software is far beyond all the competition! We are able to do all of our scheduling of our field engineers, maintain all of our service tickets online and build our knowledgebase in one piece of software. We have been using Knowtia for about 3 months now. It has completely revolutionized our business. We love it.
Software support is always a major factor when purchasing a product like this. The support staff and programmers at Knowtia are unbelievable. Customization services and other issues are always handled very quickly and professionally.
On another note, we are now looking to change our accounting software to QuickBooks Pro Enterprise. The folks at Knowtia have added full support for service billing and inventory for the QuickBooks Pro 2003 product. They also support third party quoting software for a very robust quoting system.
I highly recommend this product to you. It will be a major asset to your customer and service management needs.
