The customer satisfaction surveys are web-based surveys sent to an IDN Developer's customer base. The survey is conducted and administered by an independent third party. Each survey consists of 32 questions about the company's product functionality, ease of use, technical service, and overall user experience.

[01/27/2005] I've used ProEst estimating for several years and their latest version which is 100% Windows compatible is excellent. Although I have only their basic software, I would have to say that the greatest thing about it is its simplicity. I use my own product database that I have put together over the last 15 years and making changes to the database is about as simple as it gets. Prior to starting my estimate, I use a worksheet and/or Chief Architect to put my plans together along with a material list. From that point, it literally only takes minutes to takeoff the materials and type in quantities. Only thing left to do is to add final markups. Of course, the best thing about this product has nothing to do with software but the company itself. Jay Gerardi is as good as it gets. When you call with a question, you just may find yourself talking to the owner. That's the type of company I want to do business with.

[12/15/2003] After being in construction for many years it’s nice to find estimating software that is easy to understand. I have tried a few different package and most of them want me to go to school to learn their package. Being a small contractor I can’t take a week off just to learn how to use software. With the ProEst software I was up and going with just a few questions. It work great and is easy to understand. I would recommend this product to any one in construction estimating.
