Customer Survey
The customer satisfaction surveys are web-based surveys sent to an IDN Developer's customer base. The survey is conducted and administered by an independent third party. Each survey consists of 32 questions about the company's product functionality, ease of use, technical service, and overall user experience.

[05/04/2011] My company Atlantic Lawn Irrigation has been using HindSite since it came out. I have referred this product to many of my associates in the same industry. We actually save money by using HindSite and I highly recommend it. I just wish it would sync with Outlook like before. Their customer support is excellent compared to anybody else. I highly recommend it to anybody in a service industry like landscaping, irrigation, plumbing, etc.

[08/04/2010] I've been using HS for over 3yrs now and I couldn't imagine not having it. It's stable, easy to use and makes dispatching and invoicing so much easier. It also eliminated missed invoices (and lost money) due to lost paperwork. I can schedule calls, map them, rearrange them effortlessly. My guys sync every time they complete a call and like magic they have their next call (with all of the relevant info like address, phone numbers, etc) and I have their paperwork, signature AND PICTURES, etc from their last call. It's incredible what HS does. I've looked at many different apps and HS is the best, by far. And the guys over there are extremely helpful and really know what what the goal is- to make my job easier.

[04/24/2010] My company started using Hindsite software to handle scheduling and speed the invoicing time.
The scheduling has really helped track incomplete WO's.
The tech time tracking makes payroll a snap and gives the client a work order with the actual time spent on the job.
Tracking and reordering of truck inventory is tops.
The integration between Hindsite and quickBooks has incredible customizing and simple.
It has been an incredible and has been so, so much more.
