Customer Survey
The customer satisfaction surveys are web-based surveys sent to an IDN Developer's customer base. The survey is conducted and administered by an independent third party. Each survey consists of 32 questions about the company's product functionality, ease of use, technical service, and overall user experience.

Make Dues Billing Easy

[05/14/2003] This software has taken the pain out of billing for renewal dues. With its user friendly and intuitive layout we were up and running with it only hours after installing. If you are a member-based organization then this product is the perfect compliment to QuickBooks. In addition to billings, the committee and event management capabilities were exactly what we needed. I have used several other membership management systems and in my opinion Approved Association is the best of the bunch. At $295 the software is seriously under priced!
