Customer Survey
The customer satisfaction surveys are web-based surveys sent to an IDN Developer's customer base. The survey is conducted and administered by an independent third party. Each survey consists of 32 questions about the company's product functionality, ease of use, technical service, and overall user experience.

No Customer Service
Not going to be a customer much longer

[11/02/2010] Our association has used this software for about 5 years. Customer service is almost nonexistent. We were having problems that they had to get in touch with the software creator who is no longer staffed in-house. The delay was unbelievable. Basic upgrades were never included in the annual upgrade. This product is archaic. Remember You get what you pay for.
