How do I do invoicing in one program, but do accounting in another?
Approved Association has been designed to generate the entries that QuickBooks can use. This gives you the ability to use Approved Association to easily create the types of invoices Chambers of Commerce and Associations routinely need, such as renewal dues and event registrations, and still use QuickBooks.
My association has several billing amounts and several billing cycles. Can Approved handle that?
Yes, Approved Association is designed to handle a variety of membership billing strategies. You can invoice renewal dues in any combination of monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, annually, or any number of months you specify. The amounts can be calculated based on formulas you create, from a set dues structure, or from specific amounts.
We need to track a lot of special interest groups and sort our members by them. Can Approved Association support this?
Approved Association provides for an unlimited number of special interest groups – which are referred to as committees. A company or representative can be assigned to as many committees as you like. Through our “filtering” feature you can easily select members of one or more committees and then do something with them – such as fax, Email, print labels, nametags, or list. Of course Approved Association removes duplicates when you are dealing with multiple committees.
Our members are businesses, how do you handle that?
Approved Association tracks individuals and businesses separately. If, for example, an individual changes companies, you can “move” them from their old company to the new one and keep both histories!
