Sharing Data With QuickBooks

pc/MRP automatically exports all new invoices, receivers, vendors, customers, part numbers and general ledger transactions to QuickBooks. QuickBooks is used to print financials, pay bills and make deposits.

Technical Support

Customer support is provided via fax, phone, WebEx, and email. All demo and new customers have 60 minutes support which expires through use and is deducted by the minute. Contract customers have a 6 hour support cap including all revisions and 1 upgrade for a year .

Tech Support Pricing
Software Arts offers revisions, 1 upgrade and 6 hours of support as a yearly contract. This contract expires and is renewable on a yearly basis for $695.
